Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Luxe Flow products, orders and deliveries.

Products

Yes. All Luxe Flow products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and registered with Malaysia's Ministry of Health (KKM). Each product undergoes rigorous quality testing before reaching you.

Most customers notice improvements within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results, we recommend taking your supplement at the same time each day and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, our products are formulated to complement each other. However, if you have any existing medical conditions or are on prescription medication, please consult your doctor before combining supplements.

Dosage instructions are printed on every product label and detailed on each product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Orders & Payment

We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards (Visa & Mastercard), and e-wallets (TnG, GrabPay, Boost) via BillPlz. We also accept bank transfer and cash on delivery for selected areas.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through BillPlz, a licensed payment gateway regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. Your card and banking details are never stored on our servers.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed. Please contact us immediately at info@luxeflow.com.my if you need to make changes.

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed successfully.

Shipping & Delivery

West Malaysia: 3–5 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders above RM200. Orders below RM200 are subject to a flat shipping fee based on your location.

We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is planned for future expansion.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your order from your account page.

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Email us at info@luxeflow.com.my with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

We sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at info@luxeflow.com.my with a photo of the item received and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Account & Referral

An account is automatically created when you place your first order. You will receive an email to set your password. You can also register directly at our login page.

Every Luxe Flow member gets a unique referral link. Share it with friends — when they make a purchase using your link, you earn commission. Track your earnings from your account dashboard.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. We will send you a verification code to reset your password.
