We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxe Flow purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products.

To initiate a return, email us at info@luxeflow.com.my with your order number and reason. We will respond within 1 business day.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
